We here at the Town Office know that it is a rough time for everyone as we all collectively work to limit the spread of the Coronavirus. Limited office staff continues to assist residents on items like vehicle registry and processing payments we receive so always feel free to reach out (call or email) to the Town Office with questions you might have on items. We will continue to encourage folks to use the online services that are on the Clerk’s page of our website as to limit direct contact and maintain social distancing.

In an effort to assist those residents who don’t have or have limited access to the internet, the Town has increased the signal strength to our public WiFi. The Town Office parking lot now has good signal strength so if you have essential work or school work to do, this is an option. This information does not supersede the executive orders to shelter in place issued by the Governor and folks choosing to come and access the WiFi should do so in accordance with the Governors orders.  For those whose work meets the guidelines, the password to access the WiFi can be found on the cork board outside the main entrance to the Town Office. We ask that anyone coming to use this service follow all official guidelines issued by the CDC. As a reminder, the Town Office is still not open to the general public and you will not be allowed to enter.

All the best,

Team South Thomaston
