Select Board Meeting

Please be advised- This meeting will be a remote meeting of the Select Board. The public will not be allowed to attend and Board members will be participating from their homes. The meeting will be a video meeting through the platform Zoom and will be live-streamed on our YouTube channel (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCbnkexYouDMSGNRotPDaqsQ). We are all still a little new at this so if the meeting doesn’t start exactly at 6:00pm we are likely working through technical issues but will do our best to start on time.

For those who wish to participate in the meeting remotely this is what you can do: subscribe to the South Thomaston, Maine YouTube channel at the link above. Once you have subscribed to the channel, you will be notified of new postings to that channel. Additionally, you will be able to watch the meeting in real time (however there is a 20 second delay, so everything you see is at least 20 seconds behind real time) and can submit questions or comments in the “comments” section of the video you are watching. If relevant and to the best of our ability, we will relay the questions to the Board and so that they have an opportunity to respond to your questions.

We are doing our best to protect/ minimize exposure for the general public in regards to the Coronavirus and we very much appreciate all the support and understanding we have gotten from everyone as we collectively respond to this public health crisis. We have greatly expanded our online capabilities so that certain items can be done from your home or mobile device. Staff continues to come into work (although we have prohibited access to the general public to the office itself) so we are available during normal business hours to assist with technical issues or help folks find the resources they need.
